During the business trip organized by the MedoproVet, a meeting was held between the specialists of the largest enzyme manufacturer in China – Suntaq International Limited and the specialists of the Group company “MEGAMIX” in the Volgograd region. MEGAMIX is the leader in the production of premixes for the farming animals in Russia, and one of the largest manufacturers of premixes in the World.
Our Chinese partners made presentation of the new generation of enzymes which has increased stability and synergy of components, and they spoke about the production process and latest scientific developments which were used. Suntaq International Limited has its own research laboratories for the study of feed enzymes in the digestive tract of the farm animals and poultry, and cooperates closely with the research centers in China and around the World. It allows produce products that are best compatible with the most modern crosses and breeds.
MEGAMIX company knows how important scientific approach in solving production tasks. Their testing laboratory is accredited according to the International standard ISO/IEC 17025:2005, and is one of the European leaders in the quantitative and qualitative monitoring of feed components. Thanks to the highly qualified scientific personnel and modern equipment, not represented anywhere else on Russian territory, it’s possible to take samples to identify more than 270 indicators, including the assessment of the effectiveness of coccidiostats. The basic principle of MEGAMIX – is a full control not only of the quality of the incoming raw materials but also product output, thus, every production batch of raw materials passes inspection before moving to the production.
Common approaches to the development and evaluation of product quality in both companies create a favorable basis for further cooperation.
