Seventh international veterinarian congress will take place in Ufa from April 19th to 21st. The forum will discuss the issues of veterinary support of livestock production and human resourcing.
In addition, participants will learn about latest scientific achievements in the field of veterinary, control of medicines circulation, diagnostics and prevention of infectious animal diseases.
“Today one of the biggest problems for Russia is African swine flue. All of the guests are scientists from different countries who managed to conquer this disease”- says Irek Muhametdinov, the vice-premier of Bashkiria.
On April 19th, an all-Russian meeting would be held in the framework of congress attended by the heads of regional departments in the field of veterinary and will discuss all the vital questions in animal husbandry and organization of the state veterinary inspection.
In addition, sections and round tables are planned to be held during the congress. Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation is planning to hold talks on human resourcing in the livestock industry.
Also in the framework of the Congress will be traditionally held an exhibition of equipment, and pharmacological and immunological products for the treatment and prevention of animal diseases, animal feeds, additives and specialized literature.
The head of the Russian Association of Veterinarians, Sergei Lakhtyukhov, said that about 1,000 people from at least 25 countries plan to attend the congress.
